Hi, my name is Gary,

I have obtained Certificate III & IV in Fitness from Fitness Industry Training in 2016.

I have myself been training under a personal trainer for about 6 years and have utilised a gym for around 7 years. This is where I have learnt, from firsthand experience, how a personal trainer delivers what the client wants. This combined with my fitness studies, allows me to, I believe, better understand and appreciate how to communicate with a client about their fitness and exercise needs. What ever area of fitness you wish to work on, I focus on functional exercises with natural body movement to help you achieve the results you want. 

I keep myself fit and active through running, road cycling and continuing to go to the gym, with circuit, cardio and weight training. I have also been practicing Karate for over 6 years and have achieved 1st Dan Black Belt. I have recently completed the Queensland Karate Associations Bronze Certificate of Coaching, which enables me to help coach children, juniors and adults in this martial art.

Tone and/or build your arms, legs and more which includes your core. Core training is about power, strength and stabilization, and so a good place to start. Core muscles create a solid base to strengthen you body. We can focus on the muscle areas you want to work on and improve, with the best advice on how where to start and how to achieve the outcomes you want. Stronger arms and legs and improved flexibility for those muscles you want working for you, can come from specific weight training.
